What are MAUs (Monthly Active Users)?

An active user is a user that logs in to your application/website/web product and Helppier widget is installed for them. It does not matter whether they use the guides or not, since you can target them with automated messages based on segmentation – hence why we need to track them.

You can also choose to limit who will have Helppier available on your side.

What are Actions & Triggers?

Actions can be associated to each step of a guide and include multi-page navigation, popups, mouseover, clicks and form simulation. Triggers are guides that start after a certain time or when a user clicks or mouseovers a specific element of your choice.

How long is the Loyalty period?

To use Helppier we require a Loyalty Period with a 6-month duration, minimum.

What are the benefits of the Free Trial?

Our free trial allows you to test all major features of the Helppier Widget for 15 days. Start building your customer experience and provide an unlimited number of tutorials and tooltips for your website or web application. After that period we will disable your account. Keep in mind that you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time you want.

How to change my Plan?

In order to switch Plans, you will need to contact Helppier’s team. Our customer care experts will present the best solution for your business, and develop a tailor-made plan with the most appropriate tools and prices.

Which plan is the best choice for me?

We have a specialized customer care team that will guide you through the whole process. Tell us where you want to improve and we will determine a personalized solution for your business. The choice depends mainly on what you want to achieve.

How does the payment work?

We accept credit card, Paypal and by bank transfer . You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and so on. The payment can be made monthly, quarterly or annually and it depends on how many websites you have the widget installed and which plan you have for each one.

Does Helppier work with all single page apps?

Helppier is designed to work with all web apps in mind.
Our widget plays nice with all the latest technologies, even if your website is a single page app (developed with React, AngularJS, Ember, Backbone, etc.) or you use lots of dynamic javascript, AJAX, HTML5, cookies, login/authentication, HTTPS/SSL, and anything else.
