What are MAUs (Monthly Active Users)?
An active user is a user that logs in to your application/website/web product and Helppier widget is installed for them. It does not matter whether they use the guides or not, since you can target them with automated messages based on segmentation – hence why we need to track them. You can also choose to limit who will have Helppier available on your side.
What are Actions & Triggers?
Actions can be associated to each step of a guide and include multi-page navigation, popups, mouseover, clicks and form simulation. Triggers are guides that start after a certain time or when a user clicks or mouseovers a specific element of your choice.
How long is the Loyalty period?
To use Helppier we require a Loyalty Period with a 6-month duration, minimum.

What are the benefits of the Free Trial?
Our free trial allows you to test all major features of the Helppier Widget for 15 days. Keep in mind that you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time you want.
How to change my Plan?
